Action learning training

 

Build competency and get business results fast with collaborative action learning projects. In small groups, quickly execute your first value network project. Kick off your project with an on-site intensive to learn the value networks basics and launch the project. Virtual coaching completes the process.

 

We can also combine our Qualification training with coaching for a project. Within a few weeks, participants have a showcase value network project and receive our ValueNet Works® Practitioner Qualification.

Qualification in Value Network Analysis

 
Although there are many open resources available for people who use VNA, sometimes people wish to have training for groups or personal coaching for their more difficult projects. We offer qualification in The ValueNet Works® methodology developed by Verna Allee. (www.vernaallee.com). The  free online book, Value Networks and the True Nature of Collaboration is the foundation for qualification and is supplemented with additional materials, including more than 90 slides suitable for reuse in your own projects.

Qualification Options

 
ValueNet Works® Practitioner Qualification Test Only

You may qualify as a ValueNet Works® Practitioner by passing our Qualification Test, which is based on the online book Value Networks and the True Nature of Collaboration. There is a $250 fee for the test.

 

ValueNet Works® Advanced Practitioner and Facilitator Training delivered virtually

The Advanced ValueNet Works Practitioner and Facilitator qualification package includes the fee for the basic Qualification Test and personal coaching in weekly calls for up to eight weeks to complete your first Value Network Analysis (VNA) project. Coaching is delivered virtually to individuals or groups for $1500 per person.

 

Group Qualification on site
We also offer in-house training for groups. Large companies often have internal consulting teams who provide services. The ValueNet Works® method integrates beautifully with other organizational performance tools and methods. We can train your own internal team of facilitators and analysts. In the course of supporting a value network project we often qualify two to four members of the Project Team as qualified practitioners of the ValueNet Works® methodology.
